Mindfulness practices, including meditation and yoga, to help first responders develop stress-management techniques and enhance their mental well-being.
Training location for service dog puppy raisers in Northern Virginia and provide referrals and support for individuals interested in obtaining a personally placed service dog.
Financial education and counseling services to assist first responders and their families in managing their finances and planning for their future.
Training and education sessions to provide valuable knowledge and resources to support the overall well-being of first responders on various health and wellness topics, including peer support, post-traumatic growth, suicide prevention, resilience, family and spouse education, and wellness leadership.
Spiritual care and pastoral counseling services from chaplains experienced in the first responder community.

will provide onsite outpatient clinical treatment, as well as telemedicine visits, ensuring convenient access to care.
Mutts With a Mission
will provide access to service dogs, and utilize a dedicated training room in the center to conduct regular puppy raiser classes, helping to expand their program so more first responders can benefit.
Boulder Crest VA
will deliver post-traumatic growth and resilience training programs tailored for first responders.
The David Lynch Foundation
will offer transcendental meditation classes in the center to both first responders and their spouses, further supporting mental well-being at work and at home.
Harbor of Grace Enhanced Recovery
will serve as a vetted and nationally accredited in-patient treatment center for referrals from our clinical partner.
OPTA Financial
owned and operated by a retired first responder, will offer financial counseling and planning services onsite.
Nova Southeastern University
will assist in facilitating ongoing research to integrate evidence-based practices, wherever possible, in connecting first responders to effective treatment, programs, and resources.
